UAE orders arrive in 1–2 business days. GCC orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days. International orders ship with tracked express courier and arrive in 4–9 business days depending on destination and customs.

Orders within the UAE and GCC generally incur no additional charges. For other destinations, import duties and taxes are determined by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Yes. Our woods, stones and amber are sourced from trusted suppliers and inspected piece by piece. Every misbaha ships with a card describing its material and origin, in a Kharzat gift box.

Custom Atelier pieces are strung to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for crafting before your order ships.

Ready-made designs can be returned unworn within 14 days of delivery. Custom Atelier pieces are made personally for you and are exchangeable only in the case of a defect.

Keep amber and stone beads away from perfumes and prolonged sunlight. Wooden beads deepen beautifully with use; an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is all they need. Store your misbaha in its pouch when travelling.
